I'm with my versa for some time, around 7 months and it was working fine. But about 2 weeks ago it started to track my heart rate too high, about 150~160 while I was resting. And the green light blinks as usual when I'm wearing it but when I take it off the light stops blinking but a single green light keep on. I've tried everything that I could. Please help.

HI, I have the same problems but all my lights are off on the back of my Versa. I've had mine for a year now... I have been on this sight for a couple of hours now and found where the following posting on someones else post.
"Our team is actively working on a fix to this issue and expect to have a solution released soon. Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it in the Community. I totally understand how frustrating this is and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving."
It sounds like there is an issue with an update that went out. My fitbit was working great until I did the update. I just wanted to share this information with you. Have a great day.

I’m having similar issues. My heart rate while sleeping is >145BPM and by the time I have breakfast, I’m hitting 3,000 calories. I’ve tried to restart it, shut down, turning off then on the heart rate, cleaning it, out it lower on my wrist, losses it,... nothing. Looking at the data, it started to malfunction since 8/1.

Hi! Appreciate your reply!
Yeah, it really looks like a firmware issue. Let's wait for a response. My versa was working fine until the update as well.
Have a nice day!
