Heart rate too high

I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I received through Fitbit. My heart rate has been reading anywhere from 130-180 BPM for two weeks now. If this were true, I would be dead, literally. Apparently this is an ongoing issue for Fitbit and they are "trying to resolve it." Since they are "working on it," even though it has been two weeks of me not being able to use my watch, they told me they can't do anything for me. Even though I am still under warranty, they will not file a claim because its an ongoing issue. This is ridiculous and I have never heard of such a thing. If your product isn't working, then you better either replace it or fix it literally immediately. Now I'm going to be forced to either not use my watch or go buy a new one. This is insane.

I'm having the same issue.   Just started to happen mid day yesterday. Resting heart rate suddenly at workout range all day.  Makes tracking daily calorie burn useless.  Very frustrating.   How can they release Versa 2 when they haven't yet perfected the original?
