Hi there, I purchased my Versa Lite from Amazon on 13th January this year and as of yesterday the heart rate monitor no longer works, the green lights don't come on anymore.
I've made sure the box is ticked to track heart beat, I've deleted the device and reinstalled it, I've restarted it and finally today did a factory reset which lost a clock face I'd paid £2.99 for and can't get back!
I can't claim a refund or replacement through Amazon - they are asking for it to be sent off for repairs but then I'll be without a device and I rely heavily on mine for tracking my steps etc.. for maintaining my health.
Please advise if there's something I'm missing or best course of action to get replacement.

As for the clock face, if you know the name, simply install the face.
Then when asked to, go to the page to purchase but choose the already paid for option. Enter your email. This even works when changing tracker models.
As for the heart rate I suggest contacting Fitbit
