Heart rate zones NOT showing up after update June 2021

Maybe... just maybe, Fitbit should just admit they **ahem**ed up.

I updated my Versa 2, only 2 weeks old, and everything was working perfectly fine until the update on June 26th, 2021.

Then my heart zones never showed up.

Everything was up to date, both watch and app.

I finally discovered how to fix it.

1. Return the watch and get a replacement

2. Set it up and let it run the update

3. DO NOT UPDATE THE WATCH FITBIT APP ( very important!!! )

4. Enjoy

And now everything works fine again.

This will also be the last time I update ANYTHING on the Fitbit.

@FrancisArturo   I want to comment on your post, because many other users experienced the same issue with an update -- but it only lasted for one day, then the zones were correct.  It happened to me, too.  Just one day.

Explain that to the people who have been waiting since January 2021 for their sync issues.

Mine was almost 2 weeks after I just bought the Versa 2 that the update killed my stats.

I had to exchange it.

Then one by one i updated everything on the phone and app to make sure i don't run into the same issues.

And it was the watch update that is at fault.
