My brand new versa 3 has the correct heart zones in the app however when I go to the zones on my watch the data is consistently empty. It does track my general heart rate, my active zone minutes, but specifically regarding heart rate zone minutes is always blank even though data has been set up in the app.
This is the second versa 3 I purchased with this issue. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly welcome.
