Heart rate zones lost from active zone minutes

Hi, I just received my new versa 2 as a replacement and while connecting it to my fitbit app I had to update the fitbit app. To get my watch I had to take a 30 minute walk to the post office and back which registered 70 active zone minutes and showed that 10 of those 60 minutes I walked were in cardio zone so it registered twice the amount of minutes, but now, after updating the app I can't find the heart rate zones for my walk anymore. I can still see I have 70 active zone minutes but that's it. I would really like to see in what zone my heart rate is whenever it registers active minutes. For some reason the walk didn't register as an exercise so I can't see my heart rate zones from there. Have I simply lost them or have they been removed from the newest version of the app?

Hi @Vatipadi

Welcome to the forum. You view your active zone minutes a couple of ways, first is to select Zone Mins on the Today screen. From there you can see Fat burn, Cardio, & Peak. The other way is to view your Heart Rate on the Today screen and click in to the day you want to view, from there you can see Fat burn, Cardio & Peak both in the line graph and the horizontal bar chart.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for replying. The heart-rate part is helpful, I don't know why I didn't think of that myself. As for the zone minutes, when I click on it I just see my active zone minutes for every day and a graph for the past week. I used to be able to select if I want to view just today or the week and see different graphs but thats all gone now, after the app update I only see the graph for zone minutes on top and the zone minutes for each day under the graph just like the steps graph and section.

But the heart-rate idea is really helpful, I can still see my heart-rate zones there. Thanks!

Had an update on my watch this morning that "introduced zone minutes" and I can now see the heart rate on my zone minutes again, so I just had to wait 2 days before my watch caught up with the updates. Patience is the key 😄
