Hii!
I'm from the Netherlands, so I'm sorry if my English isn't totally correct.
I have a Fitbit Versa 2 since October, everything was working well until two days ago, while walking the stairclimber. The Fitbit shows a very strange drop of my heartbeat after 2-3 minutes into my workout, this has happened twice now. After the drop, my heartbeat stays low (under zone, even when my heartbeat was at 180 before the drop). This only happens when I've selected the training 'stairclimber', not when I've for example selected 'crosstrainer' or 'cycling'. I'm sure this is incorrect since my heartbeat normally goes up, is steady or only goes down a little but not as sudden as this. I don't know how to add screenshots of the drop, because I don't have permission to upload images.
Hope someone knows what's wrong and knows how to help me! Thanks in advance 😊

Mine does this when I am biking and have connected GPS mode selected. Here is my heart rate plot from my today's bike session. It drops to 40-50 bpm.
What does your heart rate plot looks like? This only started happening with the latest firmware version 35.71.6.19. I don't see this when I select elliptical workout mode on Fitbit.

Hi JPhoto,
My heart rate plot looks like this. It might be because of the latest version indeed. I also don't have it in elliptical workout mode, only in stair climbing workout mode. I think we do have the same problem, yours also looks unlikely to be true.
