 Ew out of the box versa keep showing inconsistencies in heartbeat ... it is not me and I check with doctor ... has the BP cuff on at same time ...   real heart rate was 65.   My versa was showing 145 constantly ....

 

mu Alta HR was awesome compared to this versa...

CAn anyone else help?

Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to about). If it is still wildly wrong you will need to return it to the store you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature )
