Hi! My new Versa 3 is playing up! My heartbeat is “null” and my sleep hasn’t registered for last night. I’m at a loss as to what has changed overnight and have tried wiping the back of my Fitbit with a soft cloth from my glasses case and have also tried the hard reset (on/off for 30 seconds) but nothing has changed. It’s a big purchase and I have also signed up for the Premium, but with so many gaps in the data so far, I’m not sure it’s worth it. Can anyone please help? Thank you in advance!
