Heartrate and sleep dont track anymore on my versa 2

Does anyone find it extremely frustrating trying to get help from fitbit support?? My versa 2 does not track heartrate or sleep anymore...tried support online to be told its because green lights(sensors) at back my fitbit not being on is why its not tracking ..everytime i asked hiw to fix this issue I was cut off, disconnected from chat ( 5 times that happened) its so infuriating now it won't even let me back into support online chat its saying page does not exist 😕 please help or advise anyone, I live in dublin ..thankyou in advance for your time

I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried everything to factory reset. Also can't get any feedback to fix the problem. What a huge waste of money. I'm thinking of kicking Fitbit products to the curb and going apple. Sorry to hear you have the same problem! 😞

After much searching on forums I've found to reset sensors for heartrate
and sleep is to go to settings on watch turn heartrate setting off then
back on then turn off watch and back on ...sometimes takes more than 1 go
after 3 attempts its worked for me , green sensor lights on back of watch
now on again and reading everything fine .everything working now .....
fitbit support still extremely infuriating but people on forums great help

Well im sorry to say stopped wrking again , even factory reset didn't work at present im waiting for support to reply to me , hopefully a solution can be found
