After I installed the firmware update that I was scared to do because it ruined and bricked my last fitbit that was out of warranty. I didn't learn my lesson I trusted that what customer service told me was true and that it wasn't the update and purchased another fitbit. Anyway I updated the one I purchased and like clock work right after the heart rate, calories burned is all over the place and it is nothing more than a pedometer at this point. Im so upset because I loved my fitbit and everytime there is an update is gets ruined. Has anyone else had this issue after the latest update regarding heart rate and calories ? Please help

I'm not sure about a firmware update but mine will not do anything except track steps also. HR not working. No zone minutes...nothing. Happened in last couple hours. Tried restarting. No change.

So frustrating mine definitely started when I did the update. It worked fine before the update when the zone minutes icon was a lightning bolt and after the update became 3  of these symbols on top of each other ^^^. I absolutely hate the new update and want so badly to go back to the way it was without the  new "zone minutes" that don't work. You can be busting your behind and it will act like you have no zone minutes or elevated heart rate. Im so annoyed and really need this resolved. Sad thing is I just referred fitbit to a friend of mine and she just got one and I hope she doesn't have an issue now.

Seems to be a lot of people having the very same problem just now. 

Have tried everything to fix it and nothing works 😞
