Why did my versa track my heartrate while it was charging?

Hi, the only thing I can think, is that there is some device nearby your Versa that acts as/counts your HR.

@4dg What is your firmware version? This issue was observed for older firmware versions and some versa's, but was addressed with the .19 (2.2) update. Currently, even newer version is being rolled out (3.0), so I would recommend waiting for it and upgrading. You can delete the ghost steps by manually recording Driving activity in the Fitbit mobile app for the corresponding time period.

Hey @4dg, it is great to see new faces around! If your Versa seems to be tracking your heart rate when you are charging it, I suggest you to try the following to avoid this from happening again:

- Turn the heart rate monitor on your Versa OFF/ON

- Restart your Versa

Thanks for your help guys, @Marrrmaduke and @SunsetRunner!

Let me know how it goes!
