Heartrate monitoring doesn't work all of a sudden

Hello!


Been using my Versa watch a little bit over a year now.
From yesterday heartrate monitor doesnt seem to be working.
Here's what I've done for troubleshooting:
- Cleaned and dried the sensor underneath the watch
- Updated the software (hadnt done the last 2 updates I think)

- Turned off the heart rate monitor/synced; turned heart rate monitor on/ synced
- rebooted the watch

 

Is there anything else I could do?

I’m having various issues with my 2-mo old Versa Lite at the moment, but before I did a factory reset on it last night to try to fix said issues, I did notice my heart rate wasn't working, also.  I think Fitbit is just having problems in general.

Now after this my Versa is completely unusable.

First the touch screen started to malfunction.

Locked my watch (it just started pushing the on screen buttons by itself; PIN)

after some retrys I did a hardware reboot (3 button).
Tried to set up the watch again 100% fresh,

and now the touch screen doesnt work at all and I'm stuck in one of the setup screens.

I havent dropped or damaged it in any way so gonna go and send it to a warranty check-up.
