This is my 2nd Versa and they both -at about 6 months of use - stop registering or displaying the heart rate doing all suggestions - nothing works- please help! Another $200 down the drain?

In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your heart rate and see if the issue gets fixed.
