Heartrate stopped working after recent update

Has anyone had any luck getting the heartrate monitor to work again. I have done the recommended procedure. Going into setting turning off heartrate then into about  and shutting down. Restarting then turning heartrate back on. DID NOT WORK. Help I have had no trouble for 2 years till this update.

I had the same issue.  I did a factory reset and no luck.  I contacted Fitbit who said they can give me 30% off a new fitbit.  If after 2 days after an update, the fitbit doesnt work, I am going to purchase a Garmin.  Better service and better device for the same price
