My Versa worked perfectly 1 day after the issues with the clock faces, now heart rate, weather and steps aren’t showing on the clock screen, several hours witout and suddenly it a pairs and disappear again. I can see it on the app on my iPhone. Tried to change clock face. Someone know what to do?

First of all try restarting your Versa. You can do this by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs.
If that doesn't work I would suggest going into the fitbit app and removing the Versa from you account, then go into your phones Bluetooth settings and also unpaired it from there (don't worry you won't lose any unsynced data). Now go back into the fitbit app and set up new device, go through the steps to set up your Versa.
