Hi there. I am really new to the community and am really afraid to post anything for fear of it getting deleted because I have "cross posted".. I did not mean to do that so I apologize in advance. I have been with fitbit for close to 10 years. I was getting the sleep stages and then they stopped. They started again and for the last 9 days have stopped again. All the basic trouble shooting has not helped at all. Can someone give me any suggestions? I appreciate it.

Hi @jobeone - I am making the assumption that you are getting basic sleep data, but not sleep stages. Correct me if that's not accurate. From what I have seen, this issue is usually caused from the tracker not getting an accurate/consistent heart rate reading. If you loosen your tracker when you go to sleep, that could cause this problem. Do you think your heart rate monitor is operating well during the day?
