Help! My Versa isn’t tracking my steps and my heart isn’t right

So I’ve just upgraded to a Versa and I had the charge 2. But with the Versa it’s nit tracking my steps, I went on a 5k walk which normally with the charge would be about 7-8 thousand steps and I’m only now doing 2 thousand?? Plus my heart rate is higher too ?? 

What so so I do I only got it at Xmas

@chargr Try rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, could you post some screenshots of the heart rate recording for workout/walk you did as well as over heart rate recording for a few days (you can access those in the Fitbit mobile app)? I would like to see a bit more details.

ETA: Which Versa firmware are you on? I'm assuming 3.0?

Thank you I will give that ago! As for the heart rate I new from my charge 2 that my resting heart rate was around 56 bpm but on the Versa it is around 69bpm but I can send screen Shots of both as I still have the charge to compare

How do I find out what firmware I’m on?

@chargr Tap on the Settings on your Versa and scroll down to About. Tap it. Your firmware version should be on top. Re resting heart rate, to really draw any conclusions, you will need to collect more data points. At least a month or two... Check out this thread.
