Hello, 

I have a Versa. Early user, bought it right when it came out. Do not shower or swim with it. 

The screen went off yesterday and I can't get it to come back on.It's completely dark, off. 

However, the green flashing heart sensor light is still on.  Help?

Hi, try this: press and hold all three buttons at the same time for at least 15 secs untill you hear a slight vibration ans see if the problem is solved. When you put your Versa in the charger, does the screen then switch on and show the battery% and above that "your battery is being charged"? Kindest regards, kuzibri
