Here is how I resolved the battery issue with my Versa 3

Just in case this helps anyone I thought I would document my recent issues.

 

Out of the blue my device became unresponsive (left button and the push/pressure on the watch face did nothing) and at the same time the battery life went down to about 14hours from the several days I used to go between charges. I contacted support and they had me troubleshoot to no avail (including factory reset). Shortly thereafter I got busy and forgot to charge my device mid day and it ended up running the battery totally dead. After recharging it up to 100% I put it back on for the rest of the day, went to bed and got up the next morning and stuck it on the charger again, but it was still at 93% from the last charge, then I noticed the buttons were functional again as well. I'm assuming that one of the pressure sensors in the buttons got "stuck" which was causing a constant battery drain and not allowing the buttons to function normally and once the battery totally drained it was able to reset.

 

The device has been working normally again for several weeks now. Hopefully that helps someone out there reading this!
