Hi everyone, new Versa Lite owner here. My notifications stopped working after the first day.

On the second day I solved it by forgetting the device then repairing it. I also fixed it this way on the third day. Am I doing something wrong? Is everyone's Versa Lite broken this way when using an iphone? Let me know because I'm still within my 30-day return for amazon. Thanks in advance!

Without knowing the type of phone I can suggest to look at the help docs. 

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
