High heart rate doesnt show on app

When my heart rate gets high on my Versa screen it never reflects on the app. The highest it registers on the fitbit app is 133, my heart rate goes above this every day ( I have medical conditions )  and shows it's much higher on the watch itself but never on the app. Is there a setting that I need to change so the app will show a higher rate?

@Red.Travller It's because this chart doesn't show minute-by-minute recording. You will not see the spikes here. Unfortunately, one cannot export heart monitoring data either if they wanted to take a detailed look. But, you can set a Custom Zone and then it should show you how long you spent in that zone. Open Fitbit mobile app, tap on the Account icon (looks like a business card), scroll down to Heart Rate Zones, scroll down to Custom Zone and input your range. Then you can simply go back and take a look at your daily recording to know how many minutes you spent in this particular zone.

@Red.Travller You mean it doesn't get captured in a daily HR chart? Could you please take a screenshot and post it here?

Yes that's correct, i have a clock face that alerts me when my heart rate goes above a certain number and I get the alert at least twice a day and I've not seen anything on the app that reflects what the watch shows when it gets high.

Oh I see, I thought it showed the maximum rate when it spiked. I have seen the custom zones but didn't play around as I didn't quite understand. Thankyou for the explanation. Hopefully something that provides more detail will be available soon.

@Red.Travller You know I think it's a good idea to have a feature/tool that would allow for better visualization of this kind of data. Perhaps you could post your idea on the Feature Suggestions Forum so others can vote for it as well?
