High heart readings at night.

Since I updated my versa, it is saying my HR is off the charts. Frequently in the mid/high hundreds (even in my sleep). Also, it is not tracking sleep correctly; will show time frame for example from 9pm-7am and say I only received 4 hours of sleep.

Hello @RachaelSloan, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, monitor it for the next night to check if the heart rate is still showing abnormally high.

Note that your Versa tracks sleep based on your heart rate, if the heart rate was tracked high for the night, that means your Versa will not track sleep correctly. I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Happy stepping!

My Fitbit has now crashed. It doesn’t show a screen and only shows a lit up blank blue screen. I have even tried the factory re set and it just makes the screen go completely black.
