High pitch ringing whining noise when playing music directly from watch

Hello,

 

I get a permanent high pitch ringing whine from my new Versa when I'm paired to it and playing music directly from it. Earphones are totally fine when playing from my phone/tablet etc.

 

It's kinda like that ringing noise you get in your ears after hearing a very loud noise.

 

Anyone else get this? Can it be fixed or do I need to send it back?

I hear a ticking noise while playing music directly from the Versa, on slow or quiet songs its really annoying! This doesnt happen when playing music from my phone.
