Hi All,
Every day, I would accumulate a certain number of "active" hours when I walk more than 250 steps. However, I would not see my results historically in the app. What is even more weird, is that the numbers only seem to appear if it's older than 1 week (see picture at the very bottom Jun 5 says 11 of 12). Anything within a week it is 0. Does this happen for anyone else? If not, how do I fix this?

I know it’s a lame answer but have you tried resetting it? Sometimes that helps. I was having issues with the hourly step count also but it wasn’t syncing to the app as what my versa was recording. But now it works so I dunno if it’s just a glitch or what. But I would try resetting it if you haven’t tried that yet.
