In the iOS Fitbit app, when I look at my sleep activity it says there is not enough data to show the sleep score. It shows this for every night/week for the last few months (since I got my Versa). But just a few days ago, the sleep score was showing.
To be clear - this is not about the Versa tracking my sleep - it's about the sleep score no longer showing.
The only thing I can think of is that my Premium trial ended a couple of days ago, but this shouldn't cause me to loose the sleep score data that was there, even before the trial. Is sleep score now a premium only feature? It certainly wasn't before I started the trial.
I have already tried logging out and back into my account but it made no difference. Deleting and reinstalling the app got rid of the "not enough data" messages, but there's still no sleep score showing.
How do I get the sleep scores back?

This happened to me too it’s only showing the most recent night but only the sleep score has been deleted from the other nights?

In my case sleep score wasn't even displaying for last night. I've managed to force the app to calculate a sleep score by manually editing the sleep start time by a minute. Obviously I don't want to have to do this for every night in neither the future nor past.
I have reached out to support and will post back here if they can come up with a fix.

I have the same problem. It started after the recent app update. I was not on premium so I don’t think it is connected to premium trial

Update: I haven't heard anything back from support, but my sleep scores returned in app this morning, so perhaps something was fixed in the back end.
