I have recently bought a handset which does not seem to sync at all with it. I'm constantly getting the following message: "Fitbit cannot forward Android notifications to your tracker. Restart your phone to continue getting notifications on your tracker."
Its frustrating how I buy such an expensive smartwatch which can't even connect to my handset. Its basically just as good as any £20 fitness tracker, yet 10 times the price-tag. I see there's compatibility with almost every samsung device but hardly anything with huawei or honor. Huawei have such a large presence now in the market so I don't know why these devices aren't tested and made compatible.
Could I possibly get an ETA for this fix please? I'm not asking for much, just that it works as it should with my phone. I don't want to sync it to my laptop or tablet as thats not why I bought this device. I bought it so I could also get notifications and alerts from my phone, as well as an all-day sync.

Is it on the supported list?

Its not on there, but i'd expect it to at least sync.
Looking at the list, I can't see the honor 9 or honor 8 on the list either, and they've been around for a long time. So, from this should I assume this handset (honor 10) will never be compatible?
