Hot Fitbit on charger

1 my fitbit of 3 months will not take a charge.

2. Black screen will not turn on

3. Tried a hard restart still not working.  

4. Light on the back do not show on or flash when on charge. 

5.  When it was on charge it became very hot.  

6. Still wont work

Hi, remove your Versa ASAP from the charger cause there is a great risk over overheating and contact Customer Support.

Thanks for the détails you provided and for the steps you followed trying to find a solution. As @SunsetRunner kindly mentioned, please remove it from the charger.
