Hourly Activity Goal on Versa Lite doesn't match tile in the Fitbit app

Sometimes the hourly activity numbers don’t match up from my wrist to the app, says I was active for six hours say when I moved 8 out of 9 hrs. Everything else syncs up properly but not this.
