Hourly activity goal not updating on app

I have only had my Versa 2 a few weeks and this last week the  Versa shows 9 of 9 hours yet the dashboard only shows 8 of 9 3 out of the last four days!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi there.
I did all of the “fixes” you suggested and it did it again today! Looking at it right now and the Versa 2 shows 9 of 9, yet app shows I didn’t get the 6th hour!
Frustrated at this point!!!

I continue to have mis-counts on my Dashboard. My device shows 9/9 and the dashboard shows 8/9! This seems to be happening 2-3 times a week!
Somebody please help me out. I have had Fitbits of one kind or another for years and have NEVER had this issue.

Ideas... thoughts???
