Hourly activity goal on watch doesn't match tile in app

Could somebody please tell me why the Versa 3 and the Fitbit app (on iOS) don't agree with each other? See the pictures below, according to the Fitbit I had a bad night, no surprise there, the data score is different though... why?

Look at the reminders to move, the Versa 3 says I have completed them, the app not... WTH is going on? after multiple attempts to restart everything, sync, force sync, etc, nada, the app does show whatever it wants while the watch keeps showing other stats.

Has this bug been fixed?

Up until yesterday when I would go to Hourly Activity on my Versa 3, all of my nine segments forming the circle were red. At first I thought this was a design change found in Versa 3. With my OG Versa, the nine started as grey and turned red as each 250 step goal was reached. Yesterday, as if it was "Throwback Sunday", they all started as grey and each turned red when I hit my goal as it was on my OG Versa. This morning, it's back to the "all red" scenario described at the beginning of this paragraph.

As well, as laid out by the OP, two days ago my Versa 3 would show Hourly Activity Segment 1 on my Versa 3 as being reached. However, on both my iPhone and iMac, it showed as grey as missed and that first segment was "missed".

This was a maddening problem that was chronic with my OG Versa as well.

I am having this issue as well. Versa 3, Galaxy S21 Ultra. Yesterday my Versa 3 showed I had 12 out of 14 hours Activity goal met. On my phone app it shows 8 out of 14 with me being sedentary during times I know I was not.
