Hourly activity is on versa but not getting credit on the app

My Fitbit shows that I’ve hit my goal each hour but it’s not giving me all my credit on the app. I’ve restarted and re downloaded the app. Nothing works. It’s happened the past 3 days.

@DeeGuerin you mean 250 steps? tap the tile in your fitbit mobile app and see if it gets updated.
