Hourly activity on app does not match the data on Versa.

My hourly activity on my iPhone does not match the data on my Versa.  I've noticed this happening for the last few weeks. I've removed the Versa from my FitBit app and re-added it with the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @RW94! Let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate you have tried some tips to make the hourly steps on the app match with those on the Versa. Let me suggest you something else, restart your Versa, then log out/log back in to the Fitbit app and sync your watch. I can't guarantee that you'll recover the missing hourly steps but we could avoid this from happening again.

Hey @RW94, thanks for your reply! Our team is already aware of this and working towards a solution. So I will ask you to be patient. Maybe this will happen once in a while while it gets resolved.
