Hourly reminders to move stopped working

This function was working until last week. and then it suddenly stopped working.

And yes, i have read all the replies to the same problem before and tried:

1. re-setting versa

2. on/off reminders and then sync

3. delete the app and re installed app

4. phone re-start

None of the above solutions working - very frustating

I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. The updates come with new features and bug fixes. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here. You can also confirm that you're not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. For more information, please see here.
