My versa 2 notifies me of 9 of 9 hours of activity but has stopped recording them in the dashboard.

Mines is similar but it freezes, so even though I'm moving its not registering.
I've been making a conscious effort to move every hour yet it registers some not others. I've restarted my fitbit. About to try the app, but I don't think its the app because its not registering on the device. So it looks like I'm not moving when I am, because it freezes. But it seems like it registers my steps which I bizzare!
