I have just updated my Fitbit firmware but it is updating to a previous update. I have a Fitbit versa and it's on 32.33.1.30, is there Anyway to manually make sure it's on the latest update?
Thanks

@Frankiehb Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate the details mentioned. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.
If your Versa was updating the 32.33.1.30 version, this might be because you don't have the banner to update it to the latest version yet.
Once your Versa has updated, please confirm you have the 32.70.7.14 firmware version, you can check this by going to your watch's settings and tap in "About".
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi, I seem to be having the same issue with my Versa.
After receiving a replacement Versa this week, my Versa was bricked by the 32.70.7.14 firmware update, it doesn't seem to want to update to a firmware newer than 32.33.1.30 .
I have made sure that my phone app is up to date, that the All Day Sync is switched on and that my Versa and phone have enough battery, but still nothing. The about section says that my Versa is running 32.33.1.30, is there anyway to force update to the newer firmware or do you have to wait for the notification in the app to update?
I won't lie after my last Versa being rendered useless and this replacement Versa not updating to the latest firmware, making many new apps and features unavailable. I am beginning to really regret buying a Versa over something like a Garmin or Samsung watch.

@stonemonkeylive It's nice to see you on the Community. Thank you for letting me know that you received a replacement for Versa.
Sorry to hear that you haven't received the firmware update. Since you just received your Versa and the firmware please continue syncing the watch and make sure you have all-day sync turned on. You will soon after see the banner prompting you to update to this firmware.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Same issue here. I just got a replacement pebble and it’s on v. 33.1.30. Have had it a couple of days, no firmware update banner. When should I expect that? Thanks

Just got the update today. Maybe FitBit should let users know when they get a replacement pebble it will update in a few days once activated?

@juli512 It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thank you for letting me know that you receive the firmware update.
When you set up your Fitbit device, sometimes you receive the update but others you have to wait some day to get it. It's always recommended to keep the app up-to-date and to sync your Fitbit at least once a day.
Have a great weekend.
