How Long Do Your Fitbits Last? I get 2 months out of mine, I'm on my third now.

This will be third replacement coming to me in about 10 days and I solidly get two months per device. First one the screen became faded and glitched and this one restarts every one-three minutes and the screen won't respond to touches. Unfortunately I only have until May to get replacements, which if everything goes well, I would have a watch until June of 2020. The support man said this new one should last more than two months, so I'm wondering how many months or weeks you guys get out of yours before yours break. Also wondering if you know how to predict breaks so you don't have to wait the time it takes to ship a new one. Seems to be clockwork for me, so any help on predictions would be nice. I don't want to keep buying these as I received my first one for a gift so I'll have to stick with replacements until May rolls around.

Hi @SydneyB24601 , I can only speak for myself in this answer of course. My Fitbit's lasted as long untill I replaced it with the newest one. This is minimally a span of one year since my first Fitbit, e.g. the Surge. Never had your/any problems, nor needed Customer Support to solve problems. When I had a problem, I was able to solve it myself all the time. Sorry to read that your Versa's only have a life span of only two months. regards kuzibri

I have Fitbits that where given to family members that are up to  5 years old and still working. This includes 2 Surges one of which turns 5 this month December.
