Hi @pokesalad  the time is set on the device that you use to sync - computer, tablet or smartphone. If you've already set it up, then sync a few times.

Do you mean change it to 24hr if so go to your dashboard via the website go to settings change it there... otherwise as far as I know the time is set via your phone
