By choosing a clock face that has this option, please done ask me which ones since I do not know but have seen some with the open to be always on.

Beware you will be charging the battery daily

You can't.

But in Settings, you can have set it to stay lit for up to 60 seconds.

Didn't realize there were any clock faces that would stay on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
