I’ve got my Versa less than 3 weeks ago. It’s working fine but the screen is broken 2 days ago by accident that caused injury as well. I called the Fitbit support and they told me the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, which totally understandable. But there is no repair store or anywhere I could replace the screen. It’s ridiculous!
Now how can I repair my watch? There should be a process for this kind of situation. What can I do now?

Yes this was exactly my point!
And when I said I wanted to make a complaint they told me they don’t have a department like that but my comments are noted!
Unbelievable really!

I had the same issue, had the edge chip and crack. I’m still within the year of purchase and was told we can’t fix it, but here’s 25% off a new one. Like I just want to replace the screen to prevent water from getting in. Way to drop the ball fitbit, good job.

Well I didn’t even get the 25% offered, not that it would make any difference
I sent an email to the CEO and predictably have heard nothing in response
Definitely lost me and my family as customers

Regardless of how it got cracked, whether or not you have a screen protector, as long as the metal around the glass is not deformed...the screen can be replaced.

Hubs bumped his wrist against a doorknob and bang! Like so many others here, "relatively" minor damage to his versa 2 screen, about 1/2" x 1/4" in the upper right quadrant is shattered, with a couple of long cracks down the front, so it's at least still usable. Just spoke with FB not to replace since it was our fault but availability of new screen to replace it, same results as others, nice agent, but nada. I like what you said about the screen protector and "bumper" tho, did you get it at Best Buy? Was it made for a FB or did you have to cut it to shape? Any info helpful!
Thx,
elaine
