I want to reset my versa 2. When asked to enter the four numbers (shown on the device display) on my mobile phone, my versa will say: unlock with your phone.
How can i solve this problem.

When setting up the Fitbit Versa 2, users can enable the lock option to protect the credit card information. If the watch gets locked, they can enter a personal 4-digit PIN code to unlock it. If an incorrect PIN code is entered 10 times, the user is prompted to unlock with the phone they used to pair the watch as explained in this article.
When setting up Fitbit Pay a bond is created between the phone and the watch. If the watch is locked and unpaired from the Fitbit account, there is no other option to unlock it.

Thanks for your response. My watch is locked and unpaired with my phone. Does this mean i cannot use my watch anymore?
