How come I can't always reply to a text or email?

How come I can't always reply to a text or email?  Sometimes it lets me reply and sometimes that option isn't available.

Hi, I would reboot the Versa by pressing and holding the lelft and lower right key buttons togehter untill you see the Fitbit logoand release the keys. Sometimes you need to do that more than once. Maybe this will also solve your tracking problem in your other post.

Hi, have done some research on this subject and AFAIK it's only possible to receive notifications on your Versa and not reply to it. It's just a reminder that you got a message, whatever, on your phone. Maybe I'm wrong about that, but that's what I found about it.
