How do I access on screen workouts on the watch? I can’t figure it out for the life of me.

Hi there, @BethM42. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. 

 

In order to do so, on your device, open the Exercise app, and swipe to find an exercise. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

I’m not looking to track the workouts. The YouTube and other videos show actually getting on screen work outs that show you the move and then time it etc.
