How do I add a second Versa 2 to my email account to download the Fitbit app. We only have one email

How do I download the Fitbit app. for a second Versa 2 when it won’t accept my email address as my Fitbit app. is already registered  with that email address?

Hello @Elise56 and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I’m misreading what you wrote.  Each user must have their own email account.  Two users can’t share the same email.

@Elise56  , Nice to see you around.  As explained by LZeeW each user need his/her own email Address/ Fitbit Account in order to use a Fitbit. 

Keep in mind, that the personal information (high, age, weight, etc) are needed to calculate your data and this info is saved to your email/ Fitbit account.
