I just got my Fitbit Versa. I don’t see how to add apps to my watch. I’ve followed the instructions and gone to my dashboard, but then there is no “Apps” option, only compatible apps under discover. I don’t want an app in my phone that is compatible, I want one on my watch.

This doesn’t work. The “apps” option is not available. It says compatible apps but there is no option to install. This is very frustrating. Your giving the same answer to each person that asks this question when we are clearly telling you these options are not there.

Do you have an Android or an Apple phone? That may be part of why you're not getting as much help as you could. The apps on the phone may have different interfaces (I'm an avid Android user, so I don't know what the Apple interface looks like), and therefore have different instructions on how to install the apps.

Hello sir I have purchased fitbit versa on 21/10/18 from India Ahmedabad and model is good but it can't support in my one plus 5 model.no synchronisation and no any log in to do so.I have to go for fitbit application and synchronisation to my friends mobile phone so pls do something otherwise Assist me for returning and refund procedure for the same.

The One Plus 5 is not a supported device.

Found it!
Once you're in your Account Settings, select the picture of your device (your FitBit) from the Devices List. On the next screen you'll see the Apps button and several other, handy things.

I can not get apps downloaded on my watch. I have an android phone and I am not seeing the APP option either. Did you guys ever figure out what was wrong or how to do it?

What you want to do it go to the app and pull down the main page and in the upper left corner it will say versa lite or what ever type you have tap that and then a page will come up and the middle icon will be apps press that and that is your fit bit “AppStore” then go back to your main page pull down and that will load your apps to your fit bit

Nonsense. I have tried everything. There is no apps button, and I have the latest software version installed, so everything is up to date. Very frustrating!

I agree 100%---this is nonsense. Please someone provide a REAL solution instead of reciting rote that does not address the issue! There is no apps button or dropdown!
