How do I add my old Versa to my child’s account.

I recently bought the Versa 3. Two of my children have the ace and children’s accounts. My 12 year old wants to use my old Versa and is very excited for it. I can’t figure out how to add it to a child account. It only shows that I can add an Ace. Please help me to add the Versa for her!

Hello @Jenniferamy6 and welcome to the Help forum.  The Versa can only get added to an "adult" account.  Most countries with children's digital privacy laws have a minimum age of 13 for an adult account.  Only Ace series trackers can be placed on a child's account.  You can upgrade the 12 year old's account to an adult account at age 13 and add it then.  Keep it safe until then.
