I received my Versa from QVC. The lady on TV made it sound so simple, however, I deleted my old Fitbit and now what do I do?? Thanks...otherwise, this thing is going back!!!

You MUST first install the fitbit app on your mobile device, AND you must create an account (you do that with the app). Then you can add a device (look for 'add device' in the mobile app), just follow all the instructions one by one and you "almost" cannot go wrong.

@Socorro you say that you had a Fitbit and your posting in the forum, this tells me that you have a Fitbit account.
Let's open the Fitbit a app, log into your account if you need to.
Now clock the square in the upper right to get to settings.
Press the add device and choose the versa.
Follow the prompts, and if it fails, please let us know what phone and at what step of the setup procedure to hr fail accurred.
As for setting up the Versa the only think you will be able to do through the phones Bluetooth is to remove the Versa from the phone. If attached you will need to do this.

I was trying to help, there was nothing in your previous post that pointed to doing the setup correctly. If you would like help, it would be helpful to know if any error messages that have been received and what phone.
