Hi!

 

Can someone help me with the app? The language is in Japanese and I can’t change it to English. How shall I do? It makes me crazy.

If you want to change your app language, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I change my language on Fitbit? and follow the instructions provide there. Please make sure that your phone also have set the language you prefer.

I think the link may be fixed now, as I have just tried both the link you provided and the link provided by @AlejandraFitbit.  Thanks for pointing it out though that it was broken.
