We changed our WiFi, so I need to change the WiFi for my watch. How do I do that?

On the phone app dashboard, tap on your profile image (top right corner) to get to the options page. Then tap the device tile. Scroll down till you find Set Up Wi-Fi. That should allow you to enter the new Wi-Fi and password.

Hi there @JeannieSB, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we'll be glad to help you to change the Wi-Fi network where your Versa is connected to.

As @wtksk8r advised you to do:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your watch tile.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi Settings.
  3. Tap Add Network and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your watch.

After you add a Wi-Fi network, your watch automatically downloads new music or apps when it’s plugged into the charger and in range of the network.

Please note that your watch can store up to 5 different Wi-Fi networks. It automatically connects to an available Wi-Fi network when plugged into the charger. If there are 2 or more Wi-Fi networks in range, choose the network your watch should connect to:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your watch tile.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi Settings. Wait a moment for the list of networks to appear.
  3. Tap the network name, then tap Connect.

If you have trouble connecting your watch to
Wi-Fi, review the troubleshooting steps in Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
