Hi @Osocanoso - this can be done in the Fitbit App, click profile photo (top left), device photo and Gallery tile.

There you can load new clock faces and switch between them. 

Afterwards a light long press on the watch face centre (or swipe the watch left and click on Clocks app) will allow you to switch between upto 5 loaded clock faces.
